Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal breads and pastas, we cannot accept physical returns, but we are committed to ensuring you are 100% satisfied with your Wildgrain experience. If your order arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, please reach out so we can make it right with a replacement or refund.
Return Process

Send an email to our Member Experience team within 7 days of delivery if there is an issue with your box.
- 2.Provide Details
Include your order number and clear photos of any damaged items or shipping boxes to help us improve our packaging.
- 3.Resolution Review
Our team will review your request and process a replacement shipment or a prorated refund to your original payment method.
- 4.Pay it Forward
Since we do not require you to ship frozen items back, we encourage you to compost or dispose of any damaged goods as instructed by support.
